MACCS Construction, LLC was built around a straightforward goal: provide dependable construction and remodeling services with clear communication and organized project planning. Owned and led by Curt and Tim, the company is based in Blue Bell, PA, serving all of Montgomery County, PA, and surrounding areas. We work with both residential and commercial clients who value clarity and follow-through throughout the construction process.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Curt and Tim brings hands-on knowledge and practical leadership to every project. Our team understands the challenges property owners face when planning construction work. Unclear timelines, inconsistent communication, and unexpected changes can make even well-planned projects feel stressful. Our approach focuses on reducing uncertainty by keeping clients informed and involved at every stage.
We manage a wide range of construction projects, including kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, basement renovations, whole home renovations, home additions, and commercial construction services. As a licensed and insured general contractor, Curt and Tim and the MACCS Construction team coordinate trades, schedules, and site activity to keep projects organized and aligned with agreed plans.
Technology plays an important role in how we operate. We use cloud-based project management tools to improve transparency, track progress, and maintain consistent communication. Clients can stay informed without needing to chase updates, helping projects move forward with fewer surprises.

Bios
Tim
Tim grew up in Maine and graduated from Maine Maritime Academy with a degree in Power Engineering. He spent time working as a Sales Engineer and Manufacturers Rep for several machine tool manufacturers and moved to Pennsylvania in 1997 to service the Mid Atlantic Territory. In 1999 he began transforming a love for Carpentry and fine woodworking from a hobby into a business. In the time since Tim’s built bars, book cases and entertainment centers, finished basements, renovated kitchens and baths, built additions, gutted and renovated homes, turned warehouses and abandoned schools into multi-unit apartments, fit out commercial spaces and built new construction building from the ground up.
Curt
From the young age of twelve, Curt knew that construction was his passion. From building a 3,400 square foot house with his father as a child to operating his own construction company, Curt has experience in all aspects of construction, from framing to finishing. After graduating from Lafayette College with a Bachelor of Science degree, Curt entered the corporate world where he honed his people management, budgeting and project management skills for a number of companies including Waste Management and Ransome Caterpillar. However, while climbing the corporate ladder, Curt couldn’t shake the “construction itch”, and continued to nurture his love of construction by helping family and friends with small, and sometimes very large, projects. During Curt’s tenure with his previous employer, he was privileged enough to bring together a team of individuals that have the experience, drive and desire to succeed in the construction industry. The combined passion of this group coupled with the desire to differentiate themselves in the construction industry is exactly what Curt needed to bring MACCS to life. Curt is committed to positive growth as evidenced by his commitment to quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction.
